America is getting old, man. In the spirit of my potty-mouthed, fronteirsman ancestors Culture on Demand set out to explore the crumbling beauty that is the backroads of the American West. A serious library of art and knowledge is getting built up for future features on backraods America. A little taste of the goods from this 4600 mile trek from sea to shining sea. Mountain goats getting loose Long exposures in night wilderness Big trees you can drive through, and much more.

America, F&#K Yeah!
NYC was bonkers, ,mobbed streets and weepy Americans. In Times Square the super-giant TVs all went to color bars just as the much-anticipated Obama acceptance speech was about to begin. Could have gotten ugly, I suppose, but people were so corny -- USA! USA! Yes We Can! Yes We Did! -- it fizzled. Brooklyn, however, did not fizzle.
